A Typical Day

Each retreat has a unique focus and during a particular programme you participate in different workshops everyday.  Below is a sample daily schedule which can vary from day to day throughout the retreat and there may be more free time available on some days for relaxing or extra therapies:

On the Yoga & Relaxation Break, the 11.30am workshop is replaced with an optional meditation session and the 3pm workshop is a relaxing evening yoga session at 6pm.

The Detox Spa Break does not involve any set programme.  You are free to enjoy your time as you wish.

During free time you’re welcome to relax in the hot tub or sauna, read in the library or enjoy a massage or therapy. After dinner, the evening activity may be meditation, perhaps a movie or just time to yourself.
