Catch your breath on our 5-night Balance Your Life Retreat, which will give you the rest and guidance you need to recover and return to your life re-balanced and re-energised.

This retreat will help you gain clarity on your life priorities and learn simple but effective techniques to deal with stressful situations. You’ll be supported in a truly relaxing environment, and leave feeling calmer, healthier and more alive.

Combined with tranquil surroundings, space to relax and unwind, healthy detoxing meals and time for relaxing massages, you’ll be calm, renewed and rejuvenated; ready to return to work & family full of energy and enthusiasm.

En-suite room prices are £995 per person for a twin shared room and £1,285 per person for a single room. Prices are for 5 nights and are fully inclusive except for massages and therapies.

Book more than 21 days ahead and just pay a £200 deposit to secure your place.

Arrive from 5pm on Sunday and depart around 11am on Friday.
