Chai pudding is a great breakfast option, just soak your chia in the plant milk of your choice and give it a stir until it forms a lovely jelly-like texture. This dish can be topped with whatever takes your fancy. Fresh fruit, dried berries, shredded coconut?

Alternatively, you could sprinkle some seeds into your morning porridge, smoothie or even your lunch time salad. Believe it or not, chia can also be used as a great egg replacement in baking! They truly are a cracking all-rounder…
