Change your habits on our 5-night Nourish Your Body Retreat which will give you the rest and guidance you need to build a new relationship with food and your body image.
This retreat will help you understand the relationship between emotions and eating, and how to eat for energy and vitality. We’ll teach you simple but effective techniques to help you break addictive behaviour and yo-yo dieting. You’ll be supported in a truly relaxing environment, and leave feeling revitalised and in control of your eating habits.
Combined with tranquil surroundings, space to relax and unwind, healthy detoxing meals and time for nurturing massages, you’ll be calm, renewed and rejuvenated; ready to transform your body and your approach to food with energy and enthusiasm.
En-suite room prices are £995 per person for a twin shared room and £1,285 per person for a single room. Prices are for 5 nights and are fully inclusive except for massages and therapies.
Book more than 21 days ahead and just pay a £200 deposit to secure your place.
Arrive from 5pm on Sunday and depart around 11am on Friday.
