We understand that before deciding to book one of our Wellbeing Coach Training courses, you will no doubt have many questions to ask. We’ve tried to cover the most commonly asked ones in our Frequently Asked Questions page but if there is anything that we’ve not covered then please feel free to contact us.

Our 2 most frequently asked questions are ‘What should I bring’ and ‘What do you provide’ so here are our answers:
What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes (and shoes) for activities in the venue.
- Sturdy shoes for walking around the grounds/countryside. Plus a waterproof jacket would be advisable as you may wish to go for a refreshing walk even if it’s raining a little!
- Swim suit for the venue facilities (& slippers or flip flops)
- yoga/work out gear if you wish to use the health/fitness studio
What do you provide?
We provide: towels, toiletries, bathrobes, hair dryers, printed course material and file, pens, paper. We have high speed WiFi throughout the venue plus there is a good mobile signal with all networks. You also have access to our venue facilities.
If you choose to travel to us by train, our venues are an easy and relaxing journey from most parts of the UK. Should you prefer to drive, we will send you simple but detailed driving instructions. We like to say although we are ‘secluded’, we are not ‘isolated’. Click here to view our location map.
For your convenience and ease of use, we’ve provided you with the facility to book and pay online and you can choose to either pay a deposit to secure your place or pay for your training course in full should you prefer.
Although our online transactions are completely safe and secure and all your data (credit card info etc) is encrypted using the latest technology we understand that not everyone is comfortable with using online payment systems.
So, if you’re at all nervous about this then please call us and we can arrange an alternative. We’re happy to help and we can arrange payment by bank transfer or take your credit/debit card details over the phone. We are also happy to accept payment by cheque if you prefer.
